Each installation is unique. Our installations target the particular features of your property. We use a variety of techniques to ensure that your property does not get damaged. This is included in our quote before we start working. We typically take down all lights between January 1st and 31st. We will label your decorations and do a postseason inspection. Then, we store them in the off-season. The products you have used will be ready to go next year by having them labeled and marked. Our lease agreement covers the replacement of any decorations that have been worn.

The guarantee does in no way cover any accidental or deliberate damage done to persons, plants, or animals, wind damage, or hail damage. For accidental or intentional damage, service calls may be subject to additional fees. It is important to unplug your devices in the event of rain or snow. Water is toxic to electricity.
