JVS lighting was outstanding.We had Oelo under awning lights installed, and they did so with outstanding expertise. Very clean and precise installation. No mess. The lights are fantastic and easily controlled by the Oelo App. Would highly recommend JVS to anyone.

Prompt professional, reliable install

I got back from Illinois first week of December so I was already running late on holiday prep. These guys were ready to go as soon as I called. High speed friendly crew put up their part and delicately integrated into the lights I put up the day before.

Very pleased and incredibly fast service of lights and decorations

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service this year, especially in light of the excellent experience I had last year. In late September, after seeing my card charged, I called and texted to explain that I needed to rent out my home and move to the West Coast temporarily. I explicitly requested a refund because I would not be using the holiday lighting service this year. I confirmed that I would be happy to use JVS again in the future and would continue to recommend your services. Between the end of September and mid-November, I texted the owner Joe several times and as well, spoke to a woman who assured me that he would receive the message and call me back. Despite my repeated communication and request for cancellation, the lights were installed shortly after Thanksgiving. I even called and left another message after receiving the install notification. I regret that my specific need to help and request for a cancellation was completely disregarded. I would have been a long-term, repeat customer, and it is a shame that this short-term decision will affect my future business with JVS. I would expect resolution and a refund for this year's service. Please contact me directly to resolve this issue.

Wonderful experience with Joe and the team at JVS Christmas & Event Lighting! They did an amazing job decorating our outdoor tree for the Holidays! Will definitely work with them again next year!
