All of our decorations supplied are warrantied for the Christmas season under normal holiday seasonal usage.
– Christmas Warranty begins from the date of installation to December 24.
– Service/Support calls are included as part of our lease program.

WHAT IS NOT UNDER WARRANTY?
Damage caused by human error, pets, rodents, acts of G-d, theft or vandalism, or client-added products voids this warranty, and decorations will be replaced at cost as needed. I understand that my support visit may be out of warranty and I approve the visit.
LIGHTS ARE OUT MORE THAN 2 BULBS ARE NOT WORKING LIGHTING OR DECOR OUTAGES
