Each installation is unique – our installations address the features that are specific to your property. To protect your property, we use a variety of different techniques. We also use property-friendly fasteners and clips. Installations are scheduled at a convenient time, and our friendly installation crews handle everything.
Your property should look beautiful all year. We will go to great lengths in order to achieve this. We’re interested in long-lasting clients relationships. There are things that can happen to lights for a variety of reasons, including wind, rain, and other unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, our staff will promptly and efficiently return to fix the problem. We do ask you to unplug your lights during times of bad weather to minimize interrupted service.
Our service will continue even though the holiday season is over. We will return to your property after the new year and remove the decorations. The removal of the decorations is part of our service and is included in the estimate we give you before we begin work. In most cases, we remove all lights between January 2nd and January 31st. We will label and mark the decorations we have used, do a post-season inspection, and store them until the next season. This will ensure that the items used to decorate your home next year are ready for you to reinstall them. Our lease agreement covers all decorations.

You should ask about the type of guarantee that they offer before you hire a contractor to install Christmas Lights. We will respond within 24 hours to any call to help troubleshoot or replace bulbs. All necessary lighting is provided. We cannot guarantee the quality of workmanship or lights we supply. Your satisfaction is the key to our success. The Christmas season is so short, you shouldn’t put your trust in anyone to keep it going. If any of our materials are damaged or lost before December 23, we will have them repaired within 24 hours. Except Sundays, Thanksgiving Day (Christmas Eve), and Christmas Day (exclusions). The guarantee does NOT cover damage from wind or hail or accidental or deliberate to people, plants, animals, or people. Service calls for accidental or deliberate damages may be subject to additional charges. It is important to unplug your devices in the event of rain or snow. Electricity does not like water.)
