Your property should look beautiful all year. We will go to great lengths in order to achieve this. We strive to establish long-lasting client relationships. There are many circumstances that can cause lights to go out of control. If this happens, our professionals will return to solve the problem quickly and efficiently. To avoid interruptions to service, we ask for you to unplug all lights during bad weather.
The holiday season may be over, but that doesn’t mean we stop providing our services! We will return after the New Year to take down your decorations and make sure your property is in the same condition as when we started. Taking down the displays is part of our service, and it’s included in the quote we provide for you before we start work. We typically take down all lights between January 1st and 31st. We will mark and label the items we used to decorate your home, do a post-season inspection and store them throughout the off-season. The products you have used will be ready to go next year by having them labeled and marked. With our lease agreement, any decorations worn will be replaced at no cost.

We guarantee every bulb for the entire season. You should ask about the type of guarantee that they offer before you hire a contractor to install Christmas Lights. We will respond within 24 hours to any call to help troubleshoot or replace bulbs. We supply all the required lights to complete the job. We are unable to guarantee or warranty the lighting and workmanship we provide. Our success depends on your satisfaction, and we will make changes if you desire them, at an additional cost. You are entitled to the best customer service. Let’s all work together to make this season memorable. The Christmas Season is fast approaching, so don’t trust anyone to keep you up and running. If your materials fail within 24hrs of December 23rd, we will be there to repair them. (excluding Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. The guarantee does not cover accidental or deliberate damage by people, plants, or animals or wind, or hail damage. For service calls related to deliberate or accidental damage, additional charges may apply. Reminder to unplug devices when it rains or snows. Electricity does not like water. Request a quote and get it within 24 hours.
